    SECO-LARM’s EV-2606-NJEQ and EV-2605-NKEQ Vandal-Resistant Dome Color Cameras are surface or flush mountable and feature a CDS sensor controlled mechanical IR cut filter (ICR), varifocal lens, and 360 degree triple-axis rotation. A 1/3 inch Sony Super HAD CCD and 550 TV lines provide crisp, high resolution video. A vandal-resistant and weatherproof (IP66) design and dual voltage (12VDC or 24VAC) make the camera suitable for mounting nearly anywhere. Other features include: Built-in iris control adjustment, easy adjustment of zoom and focus, a service monitor port, and DIP switch control for day/night time delay, flickerless, BLC and white balance.

Carpenter was recovering Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, following surgery after he was shot in the head while checking on a home where a break-in had been reported, authorities said. The assailant remained on the loose. Carpenter was standing with other officers near the home just before dawn Sunday when they heard a loud noise, and he fell, Chief Roberto Villasenor said. He underwent surgery and was able to speak afterward.
